Shipping policy

We offer free delivery across the UK on all orders and £8.99 for orders within European Union.

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 48 hours to keep things moving quickly and securely.

Our standard delivery timeframe is 3 to 5 business days. During particularly busy periods or in rare circumstances, delivery may take up to 10 business days. We always aim to get your order to you sooner where possible.

We work primarily with Royal Mail and Evri for deliveries. On occasion, we may use alternative couriers to avoid delays. If we do, you’ll be informed when your order is dispatched.

Once your order has been sent, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow its journey.

At the moment, we only deliver within the UK. We may expand to international shipping in the future.

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days, please contact us at mobileflownow@gmail.com with your order number, and we’ll look into it straight away.
